The controller of personal data is She Wants Beauty Studio (brand: She Wants Beauty Clinic), VAT ID (NIP) 6262979821, with its registered office at ul. Jaglana 6F lok. 2, 80-749 Gdansk, Poland.

What data we process

The website has no contact form. We process personal data when you use the review form available at /en/rate-us/ - this is the content of your message and, optionally, the name and contact details (phone or e-mail) you provide.

While you use the website, technical browsing data (e.g. IP address, browser type) may be processed to the extent necessary for the operation and security of the service.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data from the review form in order to handle your submission, improve the quality of our services and, where applicable, respond to you - on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and your consent expressed by sending the message (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Data recipients

In operating the website we use trusted processors: Flowtellect / n8n (handling and forwarding submissions from the review form), Google (embedded map), Netlify (website hosting).

Appointment bookings are handled by Booksy, which is a separate data controller - its own privacy policy applies.

Retention period and your rights

We retain data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes above, after which we delete it.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Cookies and the Google map

The Google map embedded on the website may set cookies and process data in accordance with Google's policy. By using the website you consent to the essential cookies required for it to function correctly.
