1. General provisions

These Terms set out the rules for using the cosmetology, beauty and aesthetic medicine services provided by She Wants Beauty Clinic, operated by FRESH & MORE VICTORIA KRUPA.

Making a booking and using our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

The clinic provides services in accordance with applicable law and with due regard for safety and hygiene standards.

This is an informational translation. The Polish version of these Terms is the binding one.

2. Booking appointments

Appointments can be booked:

  • online via the Booksy system,
  • by phone,
  • by e-mail,
  • in person at the clinic.

Clients are required to arrive on time for their appointment.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the treatment being shortened, its scope changed, or the appointment being rescheduled.

For selected services the clinic may require a deposit or prepayment.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

An appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the agreed time.

If an appointment is not cancelled within that time or the client does not attend, any deposit paid is non-refundable.

The clinic reserves the right to change an appointment time for reasons beyond its control, offering the client a new convenient time.

4. Payments

Payment can be made in cash, by payment card, via the Klarna system, MediPay and with gift cards.

Prices listed in the price list are indicative. The final scope and cost of a treatment may be determined during the consultation.

The current price list is available at the clinic and on the website.

5. Packages and gift cards

The clinic offers treatment packages and gift vouchers.

Packages and vouchers have a specific validity period stated at the time of purchase.

Unused treatments within a package cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Consultation and contraindications

A consultation and health interview are carried out before every treatment.

The client is required to provide truthful information regarding:

  • state of health,
  • medications taken,
  • allergies,
  • pregnancy or breastfeeding,
  • previous treatments and illnesses that could affect the safety of the procedure.

The clinic accepts no liability for consequences arising from withheld or untruthful information.

A specialist has the right to refuse to perform a treatment if there are health contraindications or if the treatment could pose a risk to the client's health.

7. Treatment results

Treatment results are individual and depend, among other things, on state of health, lifestyle, home care and adherence to aftercare recommendations.

The clinic does not guarantee identical results for every client.

8. Complaints

Complaints regarding services may be submitted in person, by phone or by e-mail.

Complaints are considered individually within 14 days of being submitted.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

Detailed processing rules are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

10. Final provisions

The clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms.

The current version of the Terms is available at the clinic and on the website.
